East Asian Studies

Description

The goal of East Asian Studies of Maryland University is to create a critical understanding of East Asian human experience. A concentrator picks from a wide range of lecture courses and seminars, engages in the tutorial programme, and gains language proficiency. Students can pursue specific study of one or more East Asian societies, such as China, Japan, Korea, or Vietnam, in addition to learning about East Asia as a whole through this curriculum.
