Message from the VC

As the Maryland State University's Vice-Chancellor, it gives me great pleasure to live nearby the university community. I would like to use this opportunity to welcome students who are entering the institution for undergraduate and graduate programmes from all around the world. In their pursuit of education, the majority of these students have relocated far from their homes and countries. One must feel as though they are simply relocating from one family fold to another. To advance in life as professionals within the study programmes they have chosen, they will seek advice, support, and assistance from their professors, seniors, and classmates, who collectively make up an extended family.

The university's faculty members are experts in various fields of study. The institution hosts a disproportionately large number of conferences, seminars, and workshops on a national and international level. These occasions expose students to a variety of situations and help them develop leadership and teamwork traits that will aid them later in life.
