Mathematics

Description

All levels of mathematics teaching are provided by the department. Algebra, geometry, topology, analysis, and noncommutative geometry are only a few of the disciplines of modern mathematics in which the Department of Mathematics has formed research groups. The goal of the mathematics emphasis is to familiarise the student with the key general ideas that underlie the three fields of contemporary mathematics.
